Dubai TV, Dubai Sports and Sama Dubai parent company Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI) has signed and agreement with JumpTV, an online television network, to broadcast programming from these channels on the Internet.
JumpTV already offers packages in different languages on a subscription basis, and will add an Arabic package.
Users will also be able to ‘pick & choose’ from among specific Arabic programs they would like to view.

TV channel broadcast sites are now growing on the Internet and registerting millions of users.
Some of them, unlike JumpTV, provide free illegal streaming without the permission of TV stations or program owners. Expect a crack down on those soon.

This one speaks for itself, doesn’t it? No need for a headline!
A Gold Winner at the Cannes Festival, entitled “The Power of Press”.
It’s an advertisement for the National Newspapers of Ireland association, promoting the effectiveness of newspaper advertising. The advertising agency is called Chemsitry, from Dublin, Ireland.

While this idea isn’t new, these people from Amsterdam have trademarked a name for it and called it “Artvertising”.
They claim that this is a “a work that sets itself on the borders between commercial art and critical art, commerce and information, private business and public space.”
All I see is an elegant building with a hundred ads on it!
Like every other fashionable or even ridiculous new media project, we’ll see it in Dubai soon.
