interesting, but Western union already launched a campaign based on the “Yes” concept! ,,, i think the campaign is still running in Dubai. !!

I would love that book if they were my employer.
We don’t pay you well, you are treated like shit and even more so depending on your nationality and oh, heres a book about how to say yes to every request from a customer.
Outstanding motivational material for employees, a beautiful piece of communication from the people at the top that treat you like crap everyday.
