Very bad layout and poor typography, even the idea, in fact there is no idea.

The logo is too big… i wonder why?

Could the logo be bigger? The text is not aligned with the center box, which throws it off and the text box should be full justified rather than right justified (or is it left:) off center that would make eye flow a lot easier….The emphasis circle around the faces could have been better if it was identical to the stroke of the logo icon, but still the concept is weak…sorry
