If i was ur target group, I would say: F&*K Berlitz, cuz I wud be mad seeing the f&^king fine on my car.. n seeing this stamp will just make me f$(king hate the f#$king corporate world.

But overall, I must say the concept, the core idea is clever, but again: ONLY IF the stamp was showing in places or situations when and where people feel like learning…
like when they see an arabic ad in the papers or even on tv or radio n they wanna learn whats it about.. or nex to an arabic signboard which they try to understand.. or even nexx to meaningless note inside an elevator, full of funny facts written in arabic, (u know the ones that usually start with: hal taalem).

    yallah baaaaaai

Let me get this right? Ogilvy has hired some poor sod to walk around Dubai heat all day and find cars with tickets and then take the ticket out, stamp it and put it back in again?

I arrive to my car (Keeping in mind that i may speak Arabic), im hot, pissed off and then i find a ticket on my windscreen, that pisses me off even more, i get into a hot car all sweaty and i throw the ticket in the glove compartment and never see this stamp and IF i do see the stamp it would be like the last straw of my shitty day.
Who in Gods name is going to look at this stamp, smile and say hey, its true, i should go learn Arabic and i should go to Berlitz?

This is the worst idea i have seen for a long time.

  • Menace Of Vanity

Isn’t it illegal to mess with government documents?

  • Ad Blaster

I love scams. Specially those coming from agencies NOT known for doing good work. The agency probably got one rubber stamp done, stamped one print out and made a board with big arabic typo so the foreign jury thinks that wow, finally some good local work. Come on guys, show some of your agency brands.

And it is illegal. Wait till RTA fines Ogilvy for tempering government property.

Can’t believe this won several awards at Lynx, really? Somebody should have put fake tickets on the jury’s cars with this message and saw how their reaction would have been. Ad Blaster you were right after all
