This advertisement was designed to promote a product called V-Kool. It’s a new product in Egypt that provides superior heat control for your car by blocking the sun’s heat rays, Giving drivers the chance to enjoy the natural daylight while remaining in a cool atmosphere, hence the fridge metaphor.
