    just kidding, the size and format of the ad are good, P&A effectively used their corporate colors in the ad.
    I dont thihk they were successful with the headline (which is supposed to be the main idea) ; but the layout is clean, good typography.
    I personally liked the headline expanding out of its confined space to visualy explain the reasons behind recruting all those people but not the headline itself, as i stll belive does not communicate well; perhaps they should have added Copy Writer to the list…they sure seem to have the expanded space ;)
    good luck with the hireing…there is a great demand in the industry and a diminished supply

    Thanks for all your comments, any way we recieved more than hundred CV’s out from this ad, was our major concern about.

    Thanks for your valuable comments Louai, for your info the ad is done by one of the creative in the studio out of ten,not the GM and we are a team 20+ and ofcourse the headline says that we are “EXPANDING” . THAT IS THE REASON WE ADVERTISED AN AGENCY LOOKING FOR AN AGENCY KIND OF AD, which mean we are expanding all our departments.

    Ad Creator, out of the hundred CVs you got from your AD, how many was left fit for the job? I bet nothing, lol..(coz, there’s a lot of posers in Kuwait, who only knew how to use a mac and a couple of programs, and call themselves graphic designers, art directors and creatives).. good luck on your hunting!

    You are right kre8tive, we have find only 3-5 people who is really suitable in their job. Finding right people in this market is not that easy.
