ok first drink is a virgin or bloody marry but can someone explain what on earth is the second drink? because to me although the message is clear this ad gives me a nasty feeling of artificial fruits

the stuff at the bottom is rum, middle is baileys and the top is some toxic schnapps. Highly toxic and highly un-Islamic.
Im not worried about that but what exactly is that bad cloning retouching going on next to that glass, on the right side!
The font is awful too.
