Precept Gulf, creators of the ad, say “The ad purposely shows the broken flag made to depict the condition of the entire nation as the world has already seen the devastation of Lebanon. Further, optimism is clearly riding the idea of the campaign, which has shown the signs of hope to rebuild the nation. The tagline of the ad reads, ‘Help them to rebuild their Lives’. “
