Why on earth would I attribute our work with another agency when everyone knows it’s our client?

The truth of the matter is that it was very easy for someone else to make that post and use my name (for some strange reason.)

Also why should we ask the administrator why we can’t access your name and email when we already know the answer.

Biteme and Commenter are not in blue because you didn’t fill out the URL.

Lions Rules is in blue but there is no name or email address only a global website.

If you want people to know who you are fill out the URL like you said, put in your name and email and don’t lead us to a global website.

I’m off to australia for Xmas and new year tomorrow. (Yes Amre I’ll be back to help maintain the high standard of creativity output of Jordan…well… someone’s gotta do it)

On the way I’ll drop into Bangkok and visit my good and ever faithful mate Fred (who used to work here and now is with the hottest agency there). There I’ll buy him and his new Thai girlfriend a long boozy lunch to thank him for all the support and the superb way he stitched up poor old Biteme on my behalf.

Maybe I’ll do a hard copy of this blog so we can spill a few ice cold Singha Golds all over it as we laugh our way through the lunch.

Sorry, I must confess that the only tv campaign we’ve done for a very long time is for Zain which was written, concieved and produced by a much bigger agency than ours in Kuwait.

However we are proud to say that we did design the logo and all the supporting print. that everyone hates so much. Sorry about thatthat.

And really I have to learn to stop telling people to simply “go away” everytime I get cornered and can’t answer their questions anymore.

By the way that large tvc campaign you’re taking the credit for ? Everybody in the region knows it was for Zain. Written, concieved and produced by another agency in Kuwait.

The Zain commercial was produced by Saatchi & Saatchi in Beirut, the TVC was directed by internationally acclaimed German director Matthias Zentner with Torsten Lippstock as director of photography. The film was shot on location in Dubai, South Africa and Milan, with post-production in Munich.

My ever reliable resources in Jordan have informed me it’s a boring 5 minute documentary for a real estate client specially made for the trade and not the consumer

To all people (yes you too Fred, Peter, Sutho Creative Rules) following this blog and the “personal attacks” it has resorted to. My apologies for carrying on so much and prolonging this. I am reading back over the blogs and how it all started is funny and where its going is stupid.

In lieu of this blog, moeys blog on JT and the agency war in Jordan blog we are in the process of creating a website where all the general managers of all the Jordanian agencies will be invited to share their views and get opinions from anyone. There will be editorials by a few GM’s and CD’s, local industry news and off course job links. I will not promote the address of this website (as that would be disrespectful to ZEID) but I do hope that you come one and all and share your views, yet you will have to disclose your identities and can even make it onto a panels of workshops that will be set up with various entities.
