This is the most ‘revealing’ and ‘culturally insensitive’ campaign I’ve seen. And, to be honest, I didn’t feel too comfortable posting it.

However, it is a Dubai Lynx 2008 winner…. and I would like to get feedback and some info on whether or not it was published.

Very strong work from JWT, but is it right for Arabia?

I dont think that Dubai is part of the arab world, sorry to say that but this is fact :) .

BTW, i dont like the ads., i really wonder how they won Dubai Lynx 2008 !!!

No way… Zeid it’s a nice work, but not for Arabia. it might be a fake campaign, i mean just for the award…

I hate to say this because this is someone else’s line: “When & Where Was It Published?”

though this is a nice campaign for a lingerie, i don’t think this is acceptable in the arabian peninsula…. maybe in lebanon :)

Hey Come on Guys this Ad is excellent, Simple, interesting and controversial, even though i only saw it on Blogs but it should be published, why not? its for a lingery shop so it should be revealing part of the women body!! are we that opressed and frustrated in this arab world so a bit of cleavage and body skin can make us distrubed? THIS AD is GOOD! its ARTISITC and maybe we should start thinking beyond the skin!!
    good work guys ;-)

Zeid, intresting questio that you raised…

“I would like to get feedback and some info on whether or not it was published”.

i think AbdallaH SumriN could be right in saying…

“it might be a fake campaign, i mean just for the award”

any comment from the agency side?

    Finally! Dubai unleashes its powers.

Very sexy appealing ads, I dig them :)

I am curious how would nipples look like in this lingrie. Or why the hell do you need lingerie at all, just paste a sticker, would be even more interesting.

If it was a valid entry to Dubai Lynx, then it might have been published. in the Lynx entry form you should specify the 1st publication date. However, the censure in Dubai is not easier than in any other GCC, so, how come?

in all scenarios: thumbs up to the creators.
