Answering to Restless wondering mind, there is zero 3d software in this campaign, the animals were modeled with clay and photographed.

  • http://www.ragejoadv.com restless

nothing jaime, i just think its much easier to do it using 3d software. thats why i wonder why the clay?

it would be nice from you if you explain more to me.

    million thanks man.

  • Jaime G. Mandelbaum

The large animation movie studios do real dolls of the characters they will later render in 3d, its normal, when they start to create them, in this case was a matter of looks and the feeling we developed with the agency which wanted to have for the final images, not the usual 3d look everyone does, so they were modeled with clay, shot and real textures were later applied on them, giving a borderline illustration feeling.

    Jaime, thanks for the explanation.

    Really good job,
