    another jingle ad fem zain that ain’t made/designed to sell. this time i really thank them for gettin out of the box and staying away from islamic chantings and hindi songs.

    anyways, back to business. this ad in terms of strategy is a failure cuz it’s from one side it is not selling anything! and from the other side it is trying to build some type of “trust” with kids without paying attention to the fact that the greatest population in the arab world today are young people who already gone thru puberty… now when it comes to execution this ad is “funny”, “funny” as in “sh***y” cuz of the so many errors in calculating aspect ratios. also the lyrics is really bad and sounds cheezy and gives u the feeling that who ever worked on it din have the time to check up on it.

    but why the story is not taken form the Arabic culture (the Arabic traditional stories)?,,, this is my only take on this

    I agree with restless in that the only comment i would have is that it would have been nicer if it was built around a more culturally significant children’s story. BTW i think this is M&C Saatchi not JWT. (I might be wrong).
