Wunderman Dubai won the 2nd largest number of awards, which is 12 after Saatchi & Saatchi's 16. But the point system is not based on no. of awards unfairly.

It awards one point to every shortlisted entry and 3 points to every shortlisted campaign. So, a BTL agency can never get a chance to being Agency of the Year even if they win the most awards as Direct Marketing initiatives are never campaignable.
