7DAYS is the first urban newspaper for the UAE and the MiddleEast. We launched as a weekly title in April 2003 as a free, tabloid sized, colour newspaper. 7DAYS is a perfect mix of national and international news wrapped around local information with focused relevant features.

7DAYS news stories are tightly written, so that the reader can take in all the key facts quickly – from breaking headlines through to celebrity gossip as well as referring to us as a trusted endorser of the latest trends and fashions.

TARGET AUDIENCE

7DAYS is targeted at the urbanite population of Dubai – young, affluent and multicultural.

The population of Dubai has many similarities with others who live in large thriving cities all over the world. They often work for the same multi-national companies, drive the same cars, use the same mobile phones, listen to the same bands and follow the same sports. Their lifestyle and consumption patterns are common throughout the world, from London to Lisbon, Boston to Bangkok and from Dublin to Dubai.

We know that urbanites are aspirational and brand aware. They love brands and use them to make statements about who they are. 7DAYS is the newspaper that they seek out in order to be kept up to date, informed and entertained.

Our psychometric approach is considerably different from other traditional marketing strategies used in this region. These traditional strategies are based on age, occupation and nationality while our approach focuses on the attitudes and values of the audience.
