My friends brought me in a Mugg & Bean restaurant in Abu Dhabi Mall, United Arab Emirates. They told me the food was nice but the price is costly.

It's my first time to dine in. I always take out muffins and cakes. But this time I dined in. We ordered the breakfast meal worth 25 Dhs. I was very disappointed because the waitress gave us 2 tea cups and 1 hot water mug ONLY. That shouldn't be. Each cup should have their own MUGS right? Even my friend is surprised, she told me even before whenever they order 1 tea cup and 1 hot water mug. But that day when I joined them, we only got 1 water mug for 2 tea cups and we ordered 2 breakfast meal. Is this the customer service they are talking about? I can easily compare Mugg & Bean with Starbucks, Seattle's Best, Muffin Break etc... according to CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We actually told the waitress to take out the extra bread, jam and butter that we haven't finished. But when I went home, all I got is bread, no jam or even butter given. Is this the way Mugg & Bean package the take out for their CUSTOMERS? They're removing things?

Please send this complaint to ALL the MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS of all the branches in ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
