Leo Burnett Beirut created this activity for Bank Audi, whereby restaurant owners would stamp each bill with a message 'Empower the Lira, it's in your hand' to encourage use of the Lebanese Lira.
As part of this activity, Banque Audi issued a "Loubnani" card to use for Lira transactions and managed to issue 5,500 cards! This was good business for the bank and helped position Bank Audi as a supporter of the national currency.
