eworks is currently seeking a Sr.Flash Developer with experience in graphic designs and interactive animation. You should delivery rich media applications that are seamlessly integrated with a multitude of backend technologies. You must be an Actionscript guru, have a thorough understanding of modular development/OOP and be able to integrate Flash with server side technologies. You must be comfortable working within a predefined scope and provide reasonable and accurate time estimates for development. We're looking for someone who's independently strong and works well on their own, but can also collaborate with the team of Developers and designers to create scalable, intuitive, and cross-platform interactive media such as Multimedia CDs, Website introductions, Dynamic Website flash contents and etc.

Skills:
Responsibilities:
· Solid knowledge of ActionScript 2 and OOP concepts.
· Experience building data-driven Flash applications.
· Integrating Flash with server side technologies, XML, .NET, JAVA, etc.
· Knowledge of databases and content management tools.
· MySQL, SQL Server Database development skills.
· Expert level skills in building dynamic, interactive web applications using AS 2.0 & 3.0, including: OOP, functions, arrays, prototyping, sending and loading XML, remoting, SOAP based webservices, coding in multiple levels, etc.
· Candidates with a strong portfolio of work showing artistic and technical ability.
· Great eye for motion, design, typography
· Up to date with latest technologies and innovative solutions to problems
· Attention to detail, unit testing, debugging, writing clean code and developing optimized sites.

Good To Have:
· Experience with progressive and streaming Flash Video.
· Ability to work with audio / video editing applications.
· Experience with ActionScript 3, Flex or AIR
· Experience with 3D or AfterEffects (Video Development desirable)
· Solid user interface design and usability experience.
· Knowledge of HTML, XHTML, AJAX, CSS, and JavaScript.
