Working with a collaborative team of creative, design, and account personnel, the Art Director is responsible for conceptual development and the execution of creative deliverables.
Prepare and oversee the management of human resources, budget, schedule/critical path, and paperwork pertaining to the production of print, broadcast, radio, and all other multimedia from inception to completion, adhering to the creative model.
Budgeting, scheduling, estimating, tracking, development and implementation of projects.
Liaise between creative, account service, media and production sources.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
Oversee and manage budgets, including internal costing and outside disbursements.
Reconciliation and analysis of projects
Keeping on top of trends and resources in production.
Administration of paperwork including contracts, accounts, and other details.
Archive materials.
