Job Summary

Job Description
Your are part of a team of 5 people. You report directly to the Account Director and 2 Account Executives are working with you.

You role is to supervise and control day-to-day operations on the assigned account in an effective and profitable manner and contribute to the key strategic development process.
To ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations and ensure deadlines are met to achieve on-going client satisfaction.
To control and ensure that all output from the agency is of consistent quality to minimize mistakes that negatively impact agency profitability.
To assist the Account Director and contribute in the strategy development process to ensure sound advertising solutions are achieved.
To analyze and present competitive reports and budget reviews to senior agency personnel and client on a monthly basis to contribute to the strategic development process.
To maintain an effective relationship with client and agency personnel in a manner that straddles both operational and strategic contribution to ensure smooth running of the account.
To motivate and train the Account Executive.

Education:
Minimum: Bachelors in Business Administration. Computer Skills:- MS-Office. 1 year in a similar role, total of 4 years with relevant category experience.Desirable: MBA. Exposure in a client organization. Bi-lingual (English & Arabic).
