Job Description
Our client, a global top 5 advertising agency currently seeks an account director to join their expanding regional team.
Based in Dubai, reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with 4 recently won accounts to understand their needs and develop a communication plan that delivers their objectives.  You will manage a team of account executives and account managers. Whilst managing existing accounts you will also play a critical role in the development  and presenting of new brand pitches to contribute to the wider organization.
As the ideal candidate, with a minimum of 4 years in a top Blue chip  international advertising agency, you  should be dynamic, curious, creative and strategically minded with exceptional presentation/interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the organisation.  You should be at an existing account director level in an advertising agency or a senior account manager looking to be promoted to a director position.
Arabic speakers a must.
