•Maintaining & Updating:
Customer database for new cars.
Aftersales customer database. .
Sales prospecting file.
•Entering monthly new car sales details into existing database.
•Making contact calls to customers to update & verify contact details.
•Compiling & circulating of internal e-newsletter.
•Assisting the Marketing Manager in planning and implementing online communications, handling internet and website advertising, sending out e-flyers, e-cards, e-newsletters to all existing and prospective customers.
•Taking active part in all CRM activities.
•Monitoring, maintaining, improving and updating the website
•Ensuring response to all the complaints, service request etc. received through web.
•Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times.
•Handling customer complaints and ensure corrective action has been taken.
•Focus on quality of customer service & regular follow up.
•Communicate professionally with customers at all time before, during & after the sale.
•Manage personal time schedule and productivity.
•Maintain the highest levels of product knowledge & competitive products, personal development& integrity, quality standards and business ethics.
•Support overall objectives of the department.
•Encourage & Maintain a high level of team sprit within the department.
