Job Summary

Job Description
Our client one of the largest global FMCG multinational companies in the World is seeking a media and PR coordinator for their Dubai based office.
Reporting to the Media Manager you role will be to coordinate and assist Brand managers in issuing media and PR briefs as per briefing guidelines and budgets.
You will also be responsible for ensuring media projects are open and amended according to set media budgets agreed with brand team. You will also be responsible for continuously monitoring the added value and performance set with the media buying unit. You will be responsible for administrating and accounting for the media investment such as checking the accuracy of all media plans, media schedules, media purchase orders and media invoices (with supporting documents) along with Media and PR manager.  
The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in administration or marketing with at least 1 years experience in a reputable advertising agency in the Middle East.
Knowledge of the Middle East market and good solid understanding of Media and PR principles with fluency in both English and Arabic a must. Please do not apply if you do not speak Arabic.
