• Matching candidates with job-profile and client requirements based on experience, skill-sets etc.
• Advertising vacancies using a range of media, newspapers and magazines.
• Headhunting- A discrete approach for locating suitable candidates.
• Establishing a referral networking to increase database of suitable candidates.
• Accurate input of data into system according to search attributes.
• Providing administrative support to external consultants.
• Handling self-correspondence.
