Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the marketing department efficiently.
- Manage the marketing research and Public Relations functions.
- Effective PR and advertising campaigns.
- Effective research methodology to help the company make critical strategic decisions.
- Corporate identity strategy.
- Use and interplay of all 4 Marketing P’s.
- Conducting SWOT analysis and other marketing tools to evaluate the market.
- Communicate with all stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve positive perception.
- Define and implement a clear marketing strategy followed by specified policies and procedures.
- Build good relationships with all kinds of media outlets.
- Cooperate and build a positive relationship.
- Conduct training programs for subordinates.
- Help in developing and implementing various sales and distribution channels for the company’s products.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent command of English language is a must.
- Execution skills, conflict solving skills, and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
- Experience in health insurance or insurance concepts in general will be an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
