An evening ceremony event was held on Saturday, April 25th, at the prestigious Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai, during which the winners were announced and honored. 

For the fifth year The Pan Arab Web Awards Committee in association with Microsoft, MSN Mena and BSA Has the honor to present the 2009 PAWA Competition (www.panarabwebawards.org). 

Pan Arab Web Awards was created to recognize excellence in web design, development and web ownership skills to showcase their creativity in a competition for the best website in the Pan Arab Region.
