Woodroc appoints Promoaction DDB Jeddah as their advertising agency

Al Muwakaba Wooden Furniture & Industries Factory Co. (Woodroc) and Promoaction DDB signed their official agreement after PDDB was selected among other pitching agencies for the Woodroc contract. The contract was signed by Sheikh Hasan Al Amoudi, Chairman of Woodroc, and Mr. Talal Dhulaymi, Chairman of Promoaction DDB, in the client's premises in Jeddah. Sheikh Hasan Al Amoudi said that Promoaction DDB showed a full understanding of Woodroc's needs for the long term as a furniture brand and aspires to become a leading regional player.
 
Mr. Talal Dhulaymi said, "Woodroc and its team have a clear vision and solid platforms in making this brand a success, and what makes the project unique is its manufacturing infrastructure that can cater to varied customer segments."
 
The signing ceremony was attended by Abdulrahman Al Amoudi - Managing Director Woodroc; Mohammad Hasan Al Amoudi, Said Al Maghrebi - Woodroc marketing team, Pavan Kumar - President PDDB-KSA, Akram Farhat - Dy Managing Director PDDB-Jeddah, and Dr. Abdullah Bankhar - Sahalah's General Consultant. Sahalah Marketing Communication Co. is Woodroc's marketing and communication consultant company.
 
Woodroc is a new company setup in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia, aiming to manufacture a variety of quality wooden products and furniture, and will be catering to the local and regional markets. The +40,000 sqm facility has been developed under the consultancy of a global industry leader and is equipped with top-notch computerized machinery.
 
Woodroc will start with a business-to-business portfolio that will eventually expand to the retail sector, supported by a strong marketing and communication plan developed by Promoaction DDB that will help in achieving the growth targets.
