Google has officially announced that the next version of Google TV will be launching this week, bringing a range of new features to Google TV devices, including new channels and an improved, simpler user interface with a customisable home screen designed to allow users to get to their content more quickly, according to NewzGlobe.

 

The improved search functionality from Google will make it easier to discover content from Live TV, Netflix, YouTube and HBO GO. It also now offers a purpose-built YouTube experience for Google TV with the online video service integrated more closely with Google TV search.
