Emirates News Agency (WAM ) reports that the 24-hour Arabic news channel, Sky News Arabia, will be launched in the second quarter of 2012. Sky News Arabia, a joint venture between British Sky Broadcasting Group (BSkyB) and Abu Dhabi Media Investment Corp (ADMIC), is based in Abu Dhabi's twofour54 media zone, and will be headed by Nart Bouran, formerly of Reuters.
