EndNote and Reference Manager is used by universities, research firms, and corporate organizations around the world.

Thomson Reuters released EndNote X5 for Windows, a major upgrade to EndNote, on 20th June 2011. EndNote X5 for Mac OS X will be released later in 2011.

The agreement between Thomson Reuters and SBS covers countries Egypt , Sudan , Libya , Algeria , Morocco , Tunis , Saudi Arabia, Jordan ,Lebanon , Syria , Iraq , Yemen and Turkey.
