Following an agency review among the largest media agencies in the region, Tiffany & Co. announced that it has awarded the account to Starcom effective immediately. Starcom's assignment will span all markets in the MENA region for an array of media services including planning and buying for offline and digital media. This is the first year that Tiffany & Co. is aligning with a media partner in the region.
