As the second day of the Dubai International Advertising Festival got underway, delegates packed the main auditorium where some of the most influential people in the business addressed issues shaping the industry today.
Today's line-up including seminars from JCDecaux, Elias Arts, and Metro International, and workshops from Ecom Worldwide and Omnia Relations, outlined the issues facing the industry presenting topics from What Is Advertising? right through to Product Placement And Branded Entertainment. All sessions that were creating quite a buzz at the Festival.
From a record of 166 entries submitted in the Interactive and Radio competitions, 32 Radio and 26 Interactive entries have made it through to the shortlist.
Tomorrow, for the final day of the Festival, delegates can enjoy all-day screenings of TV/Cinema and Integrated shortlisted entries, watch the likes of Isobar, Proximity, Wolfgang Haf, MediaCom and thenetworkone, present seminars on a range of topics.
On the evening of Wednesday 2 April, the winners, including the Dubai Lynx 2008 Agency of the Year, will be revealed during the Awards Dinner & Ceremony.
