Nestlé Middle East today announced that it has partnered with instructional video company Howcast Media to provide how-to videos relevant to the health and lifestyle needs of consumers in the region. Nestlé Middle East turned to Howcast to localize its instructional lifestyle content into Arabic and integrate the content into its regional site, Nestlé Family.
“We are committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships with our consumers. Doing so requires that we go beyond the commercial aspect of this process and establish a foundation that is deeper, and ultimately more beneficial to the consumers themselves,” said Rakan Brahedni, New Media Relationship Specialist for Nestlé Middle East. “Having Howcast’s videos on our regional website is a crucial contribution to our efforts of entertaining and educating our consumers on topics that not only have relevance to our brands, but also to their personal interests as well.”
As the leading food, beverage, nutrition, health & wellness company in the world and in the region, Nestlé strives to continue its market leadership by providing superior products and promoting them with ongoing consumer communications. With how-to video titles from How To Make Chocolate Covered Strawberries to How To Use an Exercise Ball and beyond, Howcast's engaging and informative videos bolster Nestlé Middle East's web presence to better find and engage potential consumers. Howcast translated more than 70 helpful how-to videos into Arabic to provide regional consumers with helpful and engaging video content that complements the brands' identity and current website content.
"Nestlé recognizes that every company is now becoming a media company, providing information to consumers and constituents throughout a variety of channels," said Jason Liebman, CEO and Co-founder, Howcast Media. "Nestlé is a great example of a company that understands the opportunity to not only provide superior products, but also content that aligns with its brand identity to promote health and positive living."
