Jordan Press Foundation (JPF), the top print publisher in the Kingdom, and Wunderman Jordan, the leading direct and interactive marketing agency, have recently signed a cooperation agreement to design and develop an online presence for the Foundation's numerous publications.
JPF holds under its umbrella the leading daily Arabic newspaper Al Rai, and Jordan's sole daily English newspaper The Jordan Times, in addition to the children's magazine Hatim.
Under the agreement, Wunderman will be supporting Al Rai with digital services including the design, development, implementation and maintenance of AlRaiOnline.com. In addition to the above, Wunderman will be working on leveling-up the existing websites, which are AlRai.com and jordantimes.com, as well as the development of an online presence for Hatim magazine.
'In our selection of a strategic partner, we found in Wunderman the promising potential to realize our ambitious goal in creating a solid online presence for us regionally and internationally,' Nader Horani, Director General of JPF said.
'Wunderman Jordan is very delighted to hold this cooperation with JPF, which is a leading media group in Jordan,' said Claudia Lemlihi, Country Manager, Wunderman Jordan. 'We are very confident in our ability to elevate the group's online presence to a new level,' Lemlihi added.
Wunderman will also work to ensure that Al Rai online content fulfills business objectives and resonates with readers and advertisers alike as well as ensuring that the content is up to date.
