Having such a channel is a great idea, but as usual the sad thing is that you do not have Arabs working, contributing and represented in the work force behind MTV Arabia in the UK and/or overseas.
Tracking a job add or finding one is next to impossible. I just tried to find a job with MTV Arabia worldwide (being an Arabic speaking person in the UK with excellent skills in both languages) but every link failed to connect.
I really hope that you look into the matter and have Arabs working in a fair number from the smallest admin job all the way up. If you need any help with that just let me know.

I have been trying to find a way to contact MTV arabia so I can submit my CV and portfolio – I am a graphic designer/illustrator and have a very good grasp on animation and animation programs – such as after effects, flash and director and would love to work with MTV which will enable me to make my creative juices flow.

My friends signed a sponsorship contract with MTV Arabia, as they were seeking underground bands in Egypt. The thing guys, you wont be able contact them, they just find you if you measure up. That's exactly what happened with my friends. Maybe after launching, new channels will open for contact.
