The Position: The job holder is required to manage and monitor the creative web content among the diverse group of brands of the Emirates Group. You will be responsible for managing creative projects and output across Emirates online portfolio. You will traffic creative briefs and manage production within a team to ensure delivery to deadlines. You will be working closely with various departments in the re-branding and updating of Emirates digital presence. You will liaise with advertising controllers and local markets to develop and implement the timely and accurate production of digital strategy and carry out regular training for Senior Content Executives on detailed design skills, including flash. You will take the responsibility and ownership of all images, videos, flash and creative resources available internally and externally. You will also be responsible for managing creative projects and output across Emirates online portfolio, producing innovative design solutions for online campaigns, websites, emails and new digital products.

Experience and Qualifications: 
Educated to degree level in Interactive Art Direction or Graphic Design/Digital Design/Multimedia.
A minimum of 5 years experience at an international advertising or design agency as a Senior Digital Designer.
Experience in project management or account management.
Awareness of Information Architecture, user journeys, concept maps, site maps, creating wireframes, mock ups and user work flows.
Technical – (XHTML, CSS, Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)

The main activities of dnata comprise:
Aircraft handling and engineering services
Handling services for export and import cargo
Information technology services
Representing airlines as their general sales agent

The Position: Reporting to the head of Internal Communications, the job holder is responsible for planning and implementing the internal communications and engagement programme for dnata. This will include delivering a range of internal communications, managing staff events and writing and editing various forms of communications 
 
The key responsibilities include:
Research, source and write content for the dnata staff intranet ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant for all staff
Be the functional expert of the intranet and provide support, training and advice to users and administrators of the site
Write, edit and manage staff and customer (delete) newsletters and communication
Build strong relationships with business units and key stakeholders to identify communication challenges and needs
Support the design and implementation of an annual employee engagement survey
Support staff events and briefings
Write content and manage production of video from dnata senior leadership
Identify new channels to engage with and communicate to staff to ensure continued engagement with the dnata brand. 
 
 
This is a temporary position on a 9 month contract.

Experience and Qualifications:
The jobholder should be educated to university level, preferably with a degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications. A post graduate qualification from a professional marketing institution (for example a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing) would be a distinct advantage.
Five+ years? experience in internal communications and/or employee engagementwith an international organisation
Strong copywriting skills and experience of maintaining content across a complex, global intranet
Ability to gather and understand employee insights and motivations, and tailor communication effectively
Excellent attention to detail, planning and client management skills
Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to communicate with different levels of staff.
