The social media developer is responsible for developing all tools and applications that is needed for the promotions/campaigns running for our clients or that will help the community managers or other departments in doing their job.

QUALIFICATIONS
A Graphic Designer that has three to five years working experience with a professional portfolio. Should have client relationship experience, high problem solving skills, and the ability to thee the 'bigger picture' in a creative or advertising campaign. A senior graphic Designer is able to take design briefs and implement them, but will be overseen by an Art Director.
Required:
· BA in Graphic Design
· Minimum experience of 3 years
· Extensive knowledge in design programs such as (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
· Ability to Multitask
· Highly creative
Job Description:
· Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
· Determine arrangement of design material and copy, and select style and size of type
· Use computer software to generate new images
· Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer
· Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer
· Confer with Senior Designer or Art Director to discuss and determine layout design
· Develop graphics and layouts for website related designs, social media designs and printed designs
· Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with supervisors and making necessary changes
· Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services
A Social Media Analyst and Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the social media platforms, creating client reports, and filtering all the channels. This position includes preparing monthly reports; preparing data for analysis and occasional data analysis. The Social Media Analyst and Coordinator is also responsible of keeping a record of the activities or projects that have been completed, and communicate any unusual action on the page with the assigned community manager.
Job Description:
- Preparing monthly analysis reports that reflect the strategic value of the deliverables.
- Logging progress on key performance indicators as outlined by the strategy team.
- Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.
- Preparing data for periodic analysis reports.
- Effectively communicating with internal teams.
- Making sure all pages are clean and do not include any inappropriate material.
- Communicate any unusual activity on the page with the assigned community manager.
- If questions are received outside the community manager's working hours, a Social Media Analyst and Coordinator is required to reply if the answers are provided through the FAQ and report them to the community managers during their working hours.

The community manager is responsible for the management of different social media channels of our clients, such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other. The community manager is also responsible for communicating any pending issues and questions with the account’s project manager.
1. Establish and manage presence on public social networking sites (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to increase our clients’ brand awarenes
2. Become the voice of our clients on the social media space, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate and engage in conversations with our target audience. It is essential that communication is not limited to communities of our clients only
3. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications and platforms, evaluate opportunities for our clients and keep them up to date with their industries in social media.
4. Continuous improvement of your channels by analyzing the performance of the channels by using the appropriate tools and provided reports
5. Coordinate with the content manager to assure that content is confronted with the account’s strategy set by the Strategy team
6. Create and manage a social media friendly content calendar and amend according to client’s feedback.
