Public Relations Account Director wanted for a role in Dubai with a leading PR & Communications Agency.
The ideal candidate will be Arabic speaking and will have worked in the region for a number of years. Non Arab speaker may also be considered if they can demonstrate a strong track record of success and achievement.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a PR Agency and will be keen to take control of a number of consumer and technology accounts. You should be a good team player and have an ability to manage and challenge junior executives.

Requirements
The successful candidate must be Degree Educated and hold a minimum of 5 years experience agency side.
Fluent Arabic is a plus but it is not essential.
Strong expereince with Consumer and Technology clients in the region a must.

The Role
Account Director – Dynamic agency
Our client is one of the leading boutique agency in the region – and is currently seeking an Account Director to join its growing team in Qatar.
Location - Qatar
We are seeking an Account Director to work with a well-established and rapidly growing team working alongside a major client. Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must.
We are looking for someone with excellent rapport-building skills who can communicate effectively at any level and you will be equally comfortable fine tuning current work as you are working on the long-term planning of new and existing projects.
The incumbent must be a strategic thinker and have lots of initiative to lead the team as well as the agency assisting and reporting to the Group Editorial Director.
The successful candidate must have experience in a top agency as they will be recognized by senior management as the key point of contact to key global clients within the agency portfolio where you will be responsible for securing and managing the client advertising budget.
You will lead, inspire and manage an account team to deliver efficient, effective and profitable service to clients and develop relationships with other key clients, act professionally at all times, build trust, confidence and ensure that the agency is seen in a positive light as you will be the face of the agency.
Requirements
Requirements
8 years of account management experience in the advertising, design or contract publishing industry.
It is critical that you understand client requirements and can advise on and communicate these to the creative team.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal with advanced presentation skills, negotiation and influencing skills coupled with excellent team management experience are requisite.
Due to the nature of this client only English Arabic speakers would be preferred.
