To complement our existing Client Services Team, we are currently looking for an Advertising Account Executive to deliver productive solutions to our internal clients. As an Account Executive, your role will be to pro-actively support the servicing team and assist with the management of the client relationships. Also, you will liaise with the Creative team to ensure optimum results are met within agreed time-frames, budget and quality.
Other duties will include:
*Developing a thorough understanding of client's businesses and brands.
*Ensuring client requests are developed into internal briefs in line with the Agency's procedures.
*Managing all client requests and ensuring delivery of work on time, budget and as per clients' requirements.
*Taking a proactive role in creative briefs and having the ability to propose innovative solutions.
*Ensuring clients are invoiced correctly following agency procedure and in a timely manner.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will:
*Have worked for an Advertising Agency for at leastآ 2 years.
*Have managed one or several accounts and proven delivery of successful results.
*Have the ability to present and propose solutions to your team and client.
*Have solid planning and organisational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks at any given time.
*Have excellent communication skills.
*Have a good understanding of the advertising industry.آ

The Role
About the Job:
We are looking for an experience Marketing Coordinator to join Marks & Spencer team and to assist the Marketing Manager and the department to reach the required visitor volumes for optimal sales targets by assisting on daily operations and administration duties as directed by Marketing Manager.
You will report directly to the Regional Marketing Manager and responsible for the following:
- Assist event set-up
- Prepare updates for Corporate Intranet in coordination with Stores &RO
- Prepare PR/event updates for Principal
- Facilitate the process of providing relevant loan products to journalists for media coverage with proper documentations of item details in coordination with store
- Prepare weekly/monthly competitor activities in coordination with agency and store managers and daily market updates
- Collate statistical reports for the region
- Follow up Principal website for activities and timelines
- Follow up of invoices w/ third party suppliers and the payments w/ Finance
- Prepare monthly comparison of marketing expenses vs. budget
- Coordinate with malls, stores and suppliers to ensure marketing material is supplied in required quantities in line w/ marketing calendar and activity
- Coordinate permissions with Group Admin / Municipality / Store Managers for timely execution
About you:
To be successful in winning this role, you will have proven marketing experience and be able to demonstrate:

Your main duties within the role include the following: * Provide inputs into the development of the marketing strategy, supporting tactics and budget requirements * Set KPIs per campaign, manage deployment and communicate campaign success rates to all stakeholders * Ensure that our brands are well presented and as per brand CI across the touch points of marketing communications, facilities, pos, product display and product placement * Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing dashboard and provide analysis on campaign message/offer cut thru, marketing channel efficacy, demographics, competitor activities and other relevant data points * Ensure that our brands' perceptions are pro-actively managed across social media channels and that the web experience is world class * Work with the principals' agencies, key internal stakeholders and the corporate communications team to gain reasonable internal and external coverage on brand developments, activities and general interest stories * Develop mutually beneficial and productive marketing relationships with the respective brand principals and their agencies in order to better represent the brands and to leverage marketing coverage * Orchestrate the customer experience commencing from the first interaction with the brand through to the conclusion of sale through professional brand representation and pro-active participation in the adoption of our Customer Service Values
Requirements
If you have a recognized Business qualification with a strong understanding of operational & commercial marketing, 3 -5 years relevant marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years in the automotive industry; possess excellent verbal and written English language skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);آ a confident self starter with the ability to think clearly under pressure, deliver measurable results under tight timelinesآ and confidently manage multiple stakeholders; You just might be the one we're looking for.
