Istikana.com, the Middle East and North Africa's primary Arabic Video streaming service, announced the signing of an agreement with ART (Arab Radio & Television) to provide the streaming service access to its comprehensive film library. This agreement will greatly expand the content offering of the site and will add a new genre of Films to its existing genres that have included thousands of hours of cartoon series, Arabic drama series, dubbed series, documentaries and religious programming.
