Reports that Abu Dhabi Media is abandoning plans to launch Baynounah TV

AME Info says that Broadcast Pro has reported that plans to launch Abu Dhabi's Baynounah TV channel have been officially scrapped. Accordingly, 130 of the 300 staff Baynounah employs are to be absorbed into Abu Dhabi Media, while studios and production facilities will probably be taken over by intaj, twofour54′s technical facility.
