Job Purpose: Supporting strategically and tactically the marketing and communication efforts of all Honda businesses and services including Cars, Motorcycles, Power Products with their accessories and aftersales through high quality web and internet activity. Mainly responsible for building, updating (or facilitating update) of content and direct bonding with our online crowd and collecting relevant database of potential customers. Savvy & experienced in the internet, social media platforms, search engines optimization and monitoring, discussion boards, blogs, video sharing sites, etc…
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the digital and social networking strategy. • Create social media platforms content in a pro-active manner using superior writing skills and editing ability (grammatically correct and well expressed final versions of text), appropriate software for presentation and delivery • Continuously updating, revising, expanding or tweaking existing written material to generate content • Ability to monitor, listen, respond and engage with customers through the social media platforms within the defined processes • Closely align and liaise with the Marketing and CRM teams to identify and pass-on potential leads and opportunities. • Champion and update the Honda websites (Honda-Kuwait and Alghanim.com/Honda) • Proactively introduce new ideas to help maintain up to date and active social networking across all relevant online social media platforms • Use marketing material, including; photographs, video and sound to promote Honda products, services and events across the Kuwait community • Maintain an active daily presence on social media platforms and engage with a targeted Kuwait customer base to discuss Honda products, services and events. • Represent Honda in a mature and responsible fashion is support of the group’s values and reputation
Skills • Passion for technology with customer centric attitude and excellent communications skills. Passion to cars and motorcycles is a plus. • Digital & social media experience combined within a specialized agency or a social website. • Vibrant personality and mature attitude that is representative of a respectable and dynamic brand. • Kuwaiti with strong literacy in English & Arabic equally is preferred who is dynamic, up to date digitally and enjoys working within a team of diversified backgrounds & cultures • Bachelor Degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications) • Preferable to be well connected within the on-line networking community throughout Kuwait. • Must be mature and responsible in attitude with high level of independency and able to support the automotive group’s values and reputation
Job Description
- Maintain and further develop the graphic guidelines.
- Deliver creative and innovative ideas for, web and interactive presentations.
- Develop web interface and design for website, web products, operational databases and other interactive products in close collaboration with the Database & Web Developer.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter,Instgram Google +, Youtube, etc.), including daily monitoring, posting, and content development is a plus.
Skills
At least 2 years of experience in the field of Graphic Design and web design. Demonstrate and proven experience in the design of reports, factsheets, posters, invitations, booklets and other printed materials using Adobe products.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
-Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
- Professional HTML, HTML5 development, including Advanced XHTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP etc. is an asset.
