The Role

One of the region’s leading media organisations in Dubai is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Director you will execute the sales plan to maximise the financial objectives of the business by selling and cross selling their products. 

You will be responsible for increasing sales across companies and PR agencies in the UAE by establishing the company as a preferred supplier for press release distribution. Other areas of responsibility will include lead generation, identifying decision makers, following up on leads, cross selling products and ensuring regular contact with clients and prospective clients.

Requirements

The suitable candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a confident selling manner and strong negotiation skills. Having excellent English written and oral communication skills, strong business acumen, previous sales training and a proven track record in selling B2B solutions is critical to succeed in this role.To be considered for this opportunity you should hold a bachelors Degree in business or equivalent with a minimum of two years sales experience from the media industry.

Job Summary

The Role

Charterhouse is currently working with one of the region’s leading fashion retailers who are hiring a PR Manager to work with their Marketing and PR Department. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the awareness of the company.

You will be responsible for corporate messages, press events, store events and launches as well as the annual PR plan and managing the media. You will also be accountable for providing feedback internally regarding magazine articles, PR agencies and actively finding new PR opportunities to identify key PR trends.

Requirements

The successful candidate will take initiative and demonstrate problem solving skills. You should be adaptive and passionate with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

 

Candidates should have a Degree in marketing or communications with two years fashion PR experience. You should be fluent in Arabic and English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Summary

The Role

Charterhouse is currently working with a Dubai based lifestyle organisation who are searching for an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Director. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO. In this role you will lead and further build the marketing department, you will develop and execute a successful strategic plan covering Europe, MENA and the Far East. Part of your responsibilities will include recruiting and managing a Marketing team that consists of social media, CRM and other marketing professionals. You will use your writing skills for a range of marketing and public relations projects including collateral copy, press releases and web copy. Requirements

Our client is hiring a Corporate Communications Manager to report to the Head of Communications to develop and execute the communications plan in the region.
As the Public Relations Manager your responsibilities will cover implementing a media strategy, selecting PR agencies, building contingency communication plans, develop internal communication plans and manage press conferences and media events. You will write and edit press releases and speeches as well as develop media relationships in the region and internationally, you will also act as the spokesperson for the company.
Managing and influencing international media contacts, media budgets and excellent English writing skills are absolutely critical elements for this role. A background in journalism with team management skills are an advantage.
To be considered for this role you should have a bachelors Degree in journalism or communications with a minimum of five years experience in corporate communications. It is essential that you have excellent English communications skills to succeed in this role.
