Corporate Communications Manager

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Communications professional to join our team and provide all round cover for maternity leave. The role will enable you to contribute to, implement and deliver communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products and services.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications you will be involved in a wide and varied range of projects that will utilize your strong communication skills with both the written and spoken word and your ability to understand, synthesize and convey concepts and messages from a variety of sources. Equally of importance will be your time management, organisation/ project management skills and your ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Your main focus will be internal and external communication within a highly ethical, professional investment banking environment and you will enjoy providing support across a range of departments activities, including;

• Unicorn brand management

• The production of a wide range of marketing collateral

• PR and Advertising

• Supplier liaison/management

• Website maintenance

• Sponsorships and event planning

• Providing communications support across Unicorn business units/geographical locations.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in a corporate communications /marketing role, practical experience of planning and organizing events, experience dealing with local and international suppliers, knowledge of Ms Word PowerPoint and Publisher and an interest in design/aesthetics.

Communications Coordinator

Job Summary

Job description

For our client, this rapidly evolving and forward thinking governmental organisation, we are now looking for a communications coordinator to join the existing communications team. The role will involve, writing press releases, monitoring communication within the organisation and between the organisation and Bahrain society and PR event management. The communications coordinator will also be translating materials and articles from Arabic into English and vice versa, and will develop press kits and new communication materials for the organisation.

The successful candidate will be a young professional who graduated from a reputable (inetrnational) university in a relevant field and who ideally has around 2 years working experience in public relations and communications. The successful candidate is ambitious, innovative and proactive and has proven to be succesful in the field of communications, working in an international environment. We are looking for a talented, educated and ambitious Bahraini national, with relevant PR & communications experience who can drive communication initiatives and is able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
