MASS is looking for an experienced and talented Creative Director who is well groomed, motivated who can lead an supervised the Graphic Designers with an aim to do the best creative works in the fields of advertising and media (digital and non-digital) with excellent client's servicing skills. The following are further capabilities required:

1- Should have an inspiring personality who has sheer confidence that delivers a positive impact on clients and company talent collegues.

2- Enjoy creating excellent advertisement in achieving the set objectives.

3- Should have the ability to convince, influence and present works at high level.

4- Shall be team player and mentor to others.

5- Must be digital savvy.

6- Preferably write and speak English fluently.

7- Working on all Adobe Program (flash ,illustrator , ndesign, photoshop,after effects........)

Creative Director position is based in Taiz, Republic in Yemen with aim at managing the creativity Dept. while mentoring the junior designers if required. To make sure the art works and creativity at its best all the time while meet clients' expectation.
