Dart Media recently announced that it will soon be launching virtual sales assistant (VSA) service, which is a new tool introduced in the market to assist customers in either purchasing various merchandise or for demonstrating these products on the internet and other marketing outlets.

Dart Media's General Manager Dikheel Al-Dikheel explained that the VSA sales representative plays a major role in adding credibility to the electronic services, and attracts additional customers, particularly to sites specialized in selling both merchandise and services.

'The main goal of this effective and influential technology will assist visitors to take a decisive decision to convince them to purchase particular merchandise, in addition to attracting more customers to the site,' said Al-Dikheel.

He also pointed that that VSA services assist customers in choosing their products as if the salesperson is personally present with them to answer their questions, without the need for customers to be physically present at any retail store. Such a solution is appropriate in cases where customers are not familiar with merchandise or tools they plan to purchase.

'It is imperative for us to utilize information technology in the sales sector due to its importance in the marketing field and based on that fact, the VSA technology introduced by Dart Media plays an important role in attracting, assisting and satisfying the needs of customers,' stressed Al-Dikheel.

Al-Dikheel added that the VSA service utilizes the latest technology used in film production, incorporated with internet technologies, adding that it is non-essential for companies to own their homepages to use that technology. He also noted that the service can be used by such companies as a visual marketing channel, to introduce its products in the market.

He also stressed the importance of utilizing the user-friendly VSA service as a channel to provide customers with the required information swiftly and effectively, particularly for companies demonstrating their products with a large amount of information and statistics.

'The company anticipates the first installations of the VSA technology to start appearing on local websites within the next few weeks,' Al-Dikheel concluded.
