Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has launched a YouTube channel, making him the first Arab leader to do so. The channel underlines Sheikh Mohammed’s “growing interest in adapting modern technologies to consolidate direct interaction with society”, according to a statement from the Dubai Government Media Office.
