Emirates 24/7 reports that Emirates airline is shooting its latest ad campaign in the six continents, during 59 days. Then, this "Six Continents" multi-media campaign will run in more than 50 countries on television, print media and the internet.

Business 24/7 reports that Emirates airline's advertising budget has grown by Dh156 million to reach just over Dh1 billion, the airline's financial report has revealed.

Publicis Groupe Media, led by its Starcom MediaVest network, has been awarded the consolidated global media planning and buying account for Emirates airline, with estimated billings of $350m. The group won the business after a final round of pitches against Omnicom’s OMD.

It seems that TV's loss next year will be online media's gain, if major clients like Unliver and Emirates do indeed act on their dissatisfaction with the fragmentation of TV in the region.
