IAA Lebanon Chapter elects its new committee for 2011-2013

The Lebanese chapter of the International Advertising Association (IAA) elected its new board for the years 2011 – 2013. The committee will be headed by Naji Boulos and includes the following members: Naji Irani (Vice President), Georges Slim (Secretary General), Joe Ayache (Treasurer), Ralph Bacha, Ghassan Germanos, Claude Hajjar, George Jabbour, Hana Al Khatib, Kamil Kuran and Paul Sabbagh (members).

As part of its mission to promote talents from Kuwait on an international level, the International Advertising Association Kuwait Chapter is sponsoring the Young Creative Challenge a poster design competition for young creatives aged 28 years or less. The theme for the competition is Democracy.

The International Advertising Association's (IAA) UAE Chapter announced the newly appointed board of directors, 2010-2012. The new board is comprised of regional professionals with a diverse range of experience across the marketing communications industry, assumed their positions effective immediately and has elected Dr. Lance de Masi, President of the American University in Dubai, as the President of the IAA UAE Chapter. Dr. de Masi will assume the position for a second term. Mr. Nassib Boueri, Chief Executive Officer (MENA) of Y&R/Wunderman was re-elected Vice President of the Board, also for a second term.
