Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Extending sales and maximizing distribution opportunities through effective negotiation, the best possible commercial result for the carriage of AJ channels with adhering to management-approved pricing guidelines/rate card. • Ensuring timely and effective administration of all contractual and billing requirements, assisting in communication with Legal and Finance departments as required. • Coordinating all of the key administrative, finance, revenue & legal related duties & tasks necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Distribution & Licensing department that includes contracts management, billing, administrative liaison with customers and partners, coordination with other internal departments, database management, satellite coverage, reporting etc. • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
