- Assisting the Departmental Head in Public Relation activities.
- Correspond on all the company’s newsworthy items.
- Ensure that articles appear in newspaper / magazines
- Attend press and company functions
- Write press releases
- Develop an in-house news magazine.
- Translation Arabic to English and vice versa
Skills
- Must have at least 5 years in Public relationship position
- Willingness to follow instructions
- Between 25-35 years of age.
- Should be dynamic and motivated with excellent business communication, extraordinary editing and writing skills.
- Working knowledge of computers (MS Office — Word, Excel) is a must.
- Additional expertise in MS Access and Power Point will be an added advantage.
- Must have Arabic and English communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Strong leadership skills & able to work under pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION
Work alongside the Creative Director within the Creative Department in the Advertising Agency. Work with client briefs to conceive, develop and produce effective advertising campaigns by providing the verbal or written ‘copy.” This may include creating slogans, catchphrases, messages and straplines for printed adverts and leaflets. Also involved in writing text for web advertising, as well as scripts for radio jingles and TV commercials.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the creative director. • Writes the Creative Arabic/English copy for the advertisement campaigns. • Writing clear, persuasive, original copy. • Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar. • Amending, revising or re-developing adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the Creative Director, account team or clients. • Liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs. • Working with the account teams. • Presenting ideas to colleagues and clients. • Familiarising themselves with their clients’ products and services, the target audience and their competitors’ activities. • Updating digital media with snappy, timely content. • Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion. • Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines. • Keeping up-to-date with popular culture and trends.
Skills
• Degree or equivalent attainment in Communication, Advertising, Marketing • Creative, versatile, excellent writing skills (Arabic & English) • Good presentation skills • 3-5 years experience • Computer proficiency • Basic comprehension of layouts and design • Effective verbal communication skills • A team player with positive attitude • Saudi National preferred
